Use this form to request photocopies from known sources. We will attempt to fulfill your request within two weeks. We can provide hard copies or PDF digital copies.

    • $17 per request ($15 for members)
    • Includes 10 photocopies
    • Additional photocopies at .20/page (.15/page for members)

    • $15 per request ($10 for members)
    • Includes 10 photocopies
    • Additional photocopies at .20/page (.15/page for members)
  • We reserve the right to copy one page at a time to preserve the item being copied.
  • The files we create are not for your exclusive use. We reserve the right to make the files created by your request available in other ways.
  • We do not photocopy complete books.
  • We expect you to respect U.S. copyright laws.

You will be asked to specify the type of copies that you are requesting on this page.  We will bill you for the additional copies that we make.
